Raleigh Signage Redesign

Branding and environmental design

In this project I re-designed Raleigh's way finding system to be more user friendly, and improve how the signs blend into the city's atmosphere.

the new look

I wanted these signs to be able to capture the variety of communities that live in Raleigh, while also bringing more modernity to the current signage system. The wooden and stained glass accents add some color and a natural element. A simple dark gray and green color palette brings a modern look, while also being recognizable across the city.

digital kiosk

The kiosk is a big change that I envisioned for Raleigh. These would be touch screen units around the city that let the users look for nearby attractions, restaurants, museums etc. It would also give public transportation times and information on events nearby.
